Good products, delivery took time
I bought the Curl Defining Cream and the Ultra Defining Gel. The products themselves are good, especially for my wavy hair. My curls looked nice. But the delivery was a bit slow; it took 6 days to reach me in Noida. Wish it was faster.
Full Regime Set works well
Ordered the Full Regime Set during their Anniversary Sale, got a decent discount too. The Moisturising Hair Shampoo and Hydrating Conditioner are very effective, left my hair soft. The Intense Hydrating Hair Mask was also quite good. Packaging was sturdy, everything arrived intact. I had a small query about the usage via email; the support team replied within 24 hours, which was efficient. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps add a small leaflet with usage tips in regional languages, would be helpful for more people. Otherwise, a solid experience from Curl Up.
